i felt the same when i was 12 till i went to secondary school the next year and found out that one of my favourite hobbies is called masturbation and that it is haram. i never had a name for it till then, it was just something i like to do when i’m alone.

i spent the the rest of my teenage years feeling guilty all the time. i still do sometimes.
